The Learning Initiative

This series of three books was written by B. D. Harris (of The Brave Turtle) and illustrated by Subi Bosa (of Miyayu: The Mischievous Cat) in support of The Learning Initiative and their work with disadvantaged youth. 

The Learning Initiative is a South African NGO that works to support children with barriers to learning in disadvantaged communities throughout South Africa, focusing on early childhood development.
