Please note that our cookie collection policy is as follows: Analytics data collection is limited to the duration of a user session, and marketing data collection is blocked, before a customer gives consent. Once consent is given, the below applicable cookie tracking takes place.

  • your account information is required in order to buy from our shop, without which we cannot process your order
  • we use your account information for billing & collection, shipping, accounting, tax, shop administration and communication purposes

  • Order details are kept for 5 years after tax submission as required by the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011

Personal information we collect
