David Bourke | Children's Book Author

David Bourke is a seasoned illustrator from Dublin, Ireland, with a Roald Dalh-ish style of both storytelling and illustration. His first children's book is Tina Tadpole: Witch in Training.

For 13 years, Bourke worked as the graphic designer and in house illustrator for Dave Curran Design in Dublin, Ireland. During that time he was fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, significantly growing his illustration style, technique and ability. Now he works full-time as a freelance illustrator, with a special affinity towards children's books. 

Bourke's first children's book publication, Tina Tadpole: Witch in Training, is coming out on 3 June 2017 from Imagnary House, and is a beautifully wild journey of what it means to be a different kind of witch in an already magical world.
