About the author:
Ziegfriedt Loots is a practicing lawyer. Having studied at UNISA, Loots graduated with a LLB and is currently practicing law in Somerset West, Cape Town. He is immensely interested in providing the needed legal knowledge to the public regarding both policy and practice, which drove him to develop and author the Basic Legal Guide for Kids as a starting publication for this pursuit. He envisions this first publication leading to many more along a similar vein of interest, aiding the general public in making sense of the legal rights available to them.
